DEPOSIT: A deposit must accompany all registrations to secure a position in all courses. (see refund policy below) The date balance is due will be noted on your receipt.
Full tuition must be received by the due date.
REFUND POLICY:
Tuition refunds, minus the deposit, are only granted if the student cancels or withdraws from the course prior to the payment deadline. While we understand there may be emergencies and other issues that may restrict your attendance, there are no exceptions to this policy. You may transfer your tuition to another person not already enrolled for the particular course but will need to inform the office: admin@diannejenkins.com.au
If a course should not run due to unexpected low enrolement or the instructor cannot make it, students will be notified 14 days prior to the course commencement and all tuition fees paid, including the deposit will be refunded. Although students may wish to make travel arrangement before this time, DJES cannot be held responsible for travel or accommodation arrangements made prior. We suggest you purchase travel insurance if you plan to make early travel plans.
