DEPOSIT: Where a fee is being charged, a deposit (as specified in the fees list) must accompany this registration. (non-refundable unless DJES cancels the course) The balance of the tuition is due 2 weeks before the course.  The date will be noted on your receipt. 
REFUND POLICY:
The full tuition is due two weeks prior to the course commencement. 
Tuition refunds, minus the deposit, are only granted if the student cancels or withdraws from the course prior to the two-week deadline. While we understand there may be emergencies and other issues that may restrict your attendance, there are no exceptions to this policy. You may transfer your tuition to another person not already enrolled for the particular course but will need to inform the office admin@diannejenkins.com.au and course convenor Education@diannejenkins.com.au of the change.
If a course should not run due to low enrolment or the instructor cannot make it, DJES will notify the students 14 days prior to the course commencement and return all tuitions collected including the deposit. Although students may wish to make travel arrangement before this time, DJES cannot be held responsible for travel or accommodation arrangements made prior.  We suggest you purchase travel insurance if you plan to make early travel plans.
