Treatment Plan
|
|
In order to achieve the best possible results for your horse, an initial consultation appointment is made, which is generally longer than subsequent treatments. Your horse is assessed completely for condition, conformation, posture, musculature, movement, general health, hooves and teeth. A complete history is taken of environment, diet, previous injuries/illnesses, demeanor, and habits in order to gather the necessary information . The first treatment is determined by the priorities revealed. Some conditions need short term subsequent treatments, some do not. 90% of horses improved remarkably in 2 treatments, generally 1 to 2 weeks apart. Owners are taught to keep records and observe signs so they may determine if any further treatment is necessary.
