The Equine Photonic Red Light Therapy course is specifically designed to cater to both professional students: veterinarians, physical therapists, human massage therapists, equine massage therapists, chiropractors, farriers & dentists, as well as horse owners, trainers and horse carers who would like to broaden their skills for first aid and to support their horses’ health. The course is taught in a comprehensive logical layered format, which will enable those with little or no complementary equine care and science background to find themselves up to speed with the other professional participants.

After completing the training program and required externship, the student will be able to evaluate posture, movement and the general state of a horse’s health and apply red light for acupoint stimulation confidently in both urgent and ongoing situations. Fieldwork/externship is required to ensure the students have learned the enormous amount of material presented in class. This course is a prerequisite for participating in the Jenkins Equine Neurophysiologic Therapy Program (JENT)
